Who we are
Our website address is: https://21pixelstudio.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
Information You Provide to Us Voluntarily (via Instagram Lead Ads)
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with our advertisements on the Instagram platform, specifically through Instagram Lead Ads (also known as Instant Forms). When you fill out and submit an ad form, you may provide the following types of personal data:
- Contact Details: Full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Demographic Information: Location, age range, and gender (if requested in the form).
- Other Information: Any other information you choose to provide in free-text fields or specific questions within the form.
Source of Information: This data is directly submitted by you through the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platform’s ad forms and transferred to us via a secure connection. Meta may also use this information to prefill future forms for the user, as governed by their own Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
To Fulfill Your Requests and Provide Services
We use the information collected from Instagram Lead Ads to:
- Respond to your inquiries or requests.
- Provide you with the specific product, service, or information you requested (e.g., sending a quote, registering you for a webinar, or subscribing you to a newsletter).
- Communicate with you about your interaction with our ad and subsequent related activities.
For Marketing and Advertising Purposes
With your explicit consent (obtained via a checkbox in the lead form), we may use your contact information to:
- Send you marketing communications, updates, and promotional offers.
- Serve you with targeted advertising or measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
Excerpt for “Legal Basis for Processing” Section (if applicable, e.g., for GDPR compliance)
We only process your personal data where we have a valid legal basis. For data collected via Instagram Lead Ads, our legal bases typically include:
- Consent: We rely on your clear and affirmative consent provided through the ad form (e.g., by checking an “opt-in” box) to send you marketing communications.
- Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (e.g., providing a requested service or information).
- Legitimate Interests: We may process data for our legitimate interests (e.g., for internal analytics and improving our ad performance), provided these interests do not override your data protection rights.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with third parties only as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above:
- Service Providers: We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing services) to manage and process the data from the lead forms. These providers are bound by strict data protection clauses.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Depending on your location and applicable laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data (right to be forgotten).
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
- Request data portability.
